CamTest Focus OEM makes focus measurement of electronic camera modules significantly easier and more efficient
The new CamTest Focus OEM camera test module enables fast and precise measurement of the image quality of electronic cameras. The OEM module is particularly user-friendly and easy to integrate into existing production lines. The CamTest Focus OEM module is primarily designed for production but is also suitable for operating in research and development. It can be used as a stand-alone device or seamlessly integrated into existing production processes. This includes the handling of samples by robots. In addition, the camera test device can be flexibly adapted to changing requirements.

The CamTest Focus OEM module offers numerous advantages, including extremely short cycle times of just two seconds thanks to a high measuring speed. Another advantage is the use of industry-leading motorized collimators, which ensure maximum measuring precision. The module uses TRIOPTICS' ProCam® Focus software with high-precision algorithms for image quality evaluation and real-time analysis. Another plus point is the high degree of flexibility, which allows the collimators to be easily adapted to different camera systems and fields of view (FOVs). In addition, the device has a standard TCP/IP interface for faster data acquisition and control.
The demands on image and camera quality are constantly increasing as complex camera and LiDAR systems are increasingly used for automated object recognition and classification, e.g., in the security and surveillance industry and the automotive industry.
